Tioga Environmental Consulting, LLC has opened an office in the Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania area to service the needs of the shale gas development industry.
The office is led by Ms. Rebecca Peterson, P.E. who has worked on permitting extraction and distribution components for the Marcellus industry since their entry into the area in 2008. Her experience includes projects throughout the Marcellus Play including the counties of Wyoming, Bradford, Susquehanna, Lackawanna, and Cameron. The office maintains a full complement of technical skill sets to provide state and local permitting assistance associated with: well pad development, water impoundment design/permitting, mid-stream pipeline development, frac water recycling/reuse, site E&S inspections, and wetland mitigations. Moreover, the office maintains the resources to assist with securing water withdrawal permits from the Susquehanna River Basin Commission.
“We are very excited to now offer high-quality services to the industry from our Tunkhannock office”, says President and Owner, Michael Rudy. “In keeping with our tradition of providing rapid yet effective solutions to the oil and gas industry, this new office is staffed by people who truly live and work in the play and therefore bring their practical understanding to satisfy our client’s needs.”
In addition to its own core expertise, Tioga is supported through its relationships with its parent company BAI Group Inc. and the WHM Group.
